The SWOP Dance
Young people from youth centres in Roskilde Municipality are performing this year’s SWOP dance.
This year, there are a lot of people involved in the creation of the SWOP dance. Young people from the youth centres Poplen, Engbækgård and Nymarksgård each created a sequence of dance moves to music by Halfdan Olsen Pilskog from Gadegården. Each group of young people have shared their dance moves with the other groups and learnt each other’s moves. The combination of all the sequences makes up the SWOP dance.
