Aaben Dans is a theatre that works with dance. All our teaching is based on the body, movement and the creative process. The same elements that we use when we make our performances.

We believe in the value and importance of creating yourself. Both for oneself and with others. Whether you go to Aaben Dans in the theatre or we do workshops in schools or institutions, creativity is at the centre.
